SOFT START CIRCUIT

PURPOSE: A soft start circuit is provided to adjust delay time by changing the width and length of a transistor and the resistance and capacitance of a resistor and a capacitor inside. CONSTITUTION: A first voltage delay part(10) receives an enable signal through a PMOS transistor and then charges the enable signal in a capacitor and then outputs the enable signal. A gate of the PMOS transistor is controlled by an NMOS transistor which receives the enable signal through a gate. A second voltage delay part(20) delays the enable voltage outputted from the first voltage delay part by an integration circuit with a resistor and a capacitor. A third voltage delay part(30) receives a reference voltage through an NMOS transistor and then charges the reference voltage through a capacitor and then outputs a soft reference voltage.
