Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A banding machine with a timer and a banding method are provided to constantly maintain a turning point, and to automatically change the direction of a driving motor. CONSTITUTION: A banding machine with a timer(70) comprises lower rollers(20,30), and a driving motor(50). The lower rollers are formed at an upper roller(10) and lower part of the upper roller. The driving motor inversely rotates to move the roller back and forth. The timer is connected to the driving motor, and changes the rotary direction of the driving motor after a certain period of time.
