Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A circuit board is provided to improve reliability about physical impacts by arranging fiber bundles in an overlapped form, thereby removing crack sites of a circuit board. CONSTITUTION: A circuit board includes a first side(100), a second side(140), and a core part(130). Multiple circuit patterns(102) are printed on the first side. The second side is placed on the opposite side of the first side with a gap and includes external terminals(142). The core part includes a first ply(110) and a second ply(120), and they are laminated vertically. The first ply includes the followings: first fiber bundles extended in a first direction; second fiber bundles extended in a second direction crossing the first direction; and a non-fiber region restricted by the first and second fiber bundles. The second ply includes first fiber bundles extended in a third direction and second fiber bundles extended in a fourth direction crossing the third direction. The first and second fiber bundles are formed to be overlapped on at least a part of the non-fiber region.
