Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A panel transfer device is provided to stably inspect flexible panels by flattening the curled flexible panels with a tool. CONSTITUTION: A panel transfer device comprises a stage(100), a vacuum forming part, and a panel transfer part. The stage comprises multiple vacuum holes. The vacuum forming part sucks the air of the vacuum holes in one side of the stage to adsorb panels loaded in the other side of the stage. The panel transfer part transfers the panels to transfer the position of the panels.
