Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A sound reception device using a portable terminal and a method thereof are provided to transmit processed signals to a hearing aid inserted into ears of a user by executing a beam-forming process through the portable terminal. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of microphone arrays(31) collects surrounding sound. A beam-former(33) generates the selectively reinforced signals or selectively eliminate noise in a predetermined direction by using a beam-forming process. The sound signal generated by the beam-former is transmitted to a received attached to ears of the user through a portable terminal. Each of the microphone arrays transmits the sound signal to the portable terminal by electrically connecting to the portable terminal through a terminal.
