Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A rear wheel steering control method of a vehicle is provided to prevent collision with a side obstacle in low speed driving and to prevent damage of the vehicle by reducing a rotation radius of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: An ECU(Electronic Control Unit) determines whether a driving speed of a vehicle exceeds 0 km/h or not(S12). A moving distance of the vehicle is calculated from the time in which the vehicle speed exceeds 0km/h(S13). A rear wheel steering angle is controlled as 0° until the moving distance of the vehicle is same to a total length of the vehicle(S15). The rear wheel steering angle of the vehicle is reversely controlled on a front wheel steering angle by the ECU when the moving distance of the vehicle exceeds the total length of the vehicle(S16).
