METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING DIFFERENT SHAPE'S METALLIC OXIDES USING COMMON ION EFFECT

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a metal oxide using a common ion effect is provided to uniformly increase pH value and uniform hydrolysis by using a compound which has a common ion of metal salt and alkaline solution. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a metal oxide using a common ion effect comprises a step of mixing metal salt, alkali solution, and a metal salt thereof, to obtain a mixture solution; a step of synthesizing the mixture at high temperature and pressure; a step of converting the metal hydroxide into a metal oxide. The synthesis is a hydothermal synthesis at 100-200 °C and 1-50 atmospheric pressure. The amount of the compound including ion which is not applied to a target reaction of the alkali solution and the metal salt is 2-5 parts by weight. The sintering temperature is 500-800 °C.
