Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A microprobe and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to have an effect of maintaining the insertion strength of a microprobe which is probed in a brain by using an operation unit which is coated on a flexible unit of a probe. CONSTITUTION: A microprobe(100) includes a probing unit(110) which is composed of a strengthened material and inserted into a brain; a flexible unit(120) which is composed of a soft material and connected with the end of the probing unit; an operation unit(130) which is coated on at least one side of the flexible unit and composed of a material which is melted with a solution of the inside of a skull; and a body unit(140) which is connected with the other end of the flexible unit border whose one end is connected to the probing unit. A microprobe makes a feature in which the operation unit, which passes through an opening on a part of the skull and maintains the insertion strength after the probing unit is inserted into a brain, is melted by a solution of the inside of the skull; the flexible unit is exposed; and the body unit is used by being arranged on the outside of the skull.
