Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device and a driving method thereof are provided to improve a driving stability by a data voltage charging operation with a boost-up method. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of gate lines cross a plurality of data lines. A data charging TFT(210) is turned on by a first scan signal and charges a storage capacitor with a data voltage from the data line. A memory charging TFT(220) is turned on by the first scan signal. A memory capacitor(240) is charged with the data voltage from the memory charging TFT. A data boosting TFT(230) is turned on by a second scan signal and supplies the data voltage from the memory capacitor to the storage capacitor.
