Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A battery cell with a frame is provided to reduce injection failures by manufacturing a frame through a separate injection molding and to minimize damage to a battery cell by coupling the frame and the battery cell by ultrasonic welding. CONSTITUTION: A battery cell with a frame comprises a batter cell(10); and a frame(20) of a resin material coupled to circumference of one or opposite side of the battery cell. The battery cell comprises a case and a battery part which is inserted into the case. The case has a sealing side in the outer circumference thereof. The frame is attached to the sealing side of the battery cell. A manufacturing method of the battery cell with the frame comprises a step of injection-molding the frame; and a step of coupling the frame and the battery cell.
