Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display panel and a liquid crystal display device comprising the same are provided to completely discharge electrostatic charges shielded by a transparent conduction layer, to an external ground via a ground pad member and a pad part by using a ground pas member for connecting the ground pad of a first substrate to the transparent conduction layer of a second substrate. CONSTITUTION: A first substrate(110) includes signal pads and a pad part having a ground pad. A second substrate(130) is attached to the first substrate in a liquid crystal layer. A transparent conduction layer(140) is formed in the upper surface of the second substrate. A ground pass member(150) electrically connects the transparent conduction layer to a ground pad.
