Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A power recliner unit for functioning as folding is provided to improve the marketability by folding a seat without changing the design of a recliner. CONSTITUTION: A power recliner unit(1) comprises a recliner(10), an interlocking folder(20), and an interlocking disk(30). The recliner comprises a cam-latch device(11) and a mounting bracket(12). The cam-latch device adjusts the angle of a seat by rotating on a rotating rod(2). The mounting bracket is joined to the hinge joint structure part of the seat. The mounting bracket positions the cam-latch device for assembling on one side. The interlocking folder completely folds a seatback on a seat cushion by rotating on the rotating rod. The interlocking disk comprises a recliner disk(31) and a power gear disk(32). The recliner disk is rotatably joined to the disk rotating surface(12a) of the mounting bracket. The power gear disk rotates along with the recliner disk when folding.
