Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a solar cell is provided to improve the electrical property of a solar cell by minimizing surface defects generated due to a laser isolation process. CONSTITUTION: A crystalline silicon substrate of a first conductivity type is prepared(S201). A texturing process is performed on the upper surface of the substrate(S202). A diffusion process is performed to form a semiconductor layer(S203). A laser is irradiated onto the circumference of the substrate surface to locally cut the semiconductor layer(S204). An antireflection layer is laminated on the front surface of the substrate(S205). A front electrode and a back electrode are formed in the front and the back surface of the substrate(S206).
