Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A bi-facial solar cell and a method for fabricating the same are provided to improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the solar cell by reducing the recombination of minority carriers. CONSTITUTION: A p-type emitter(504) is locally formed in the upper part of a substrate(501). A front field layer(n+)(506) is adjacent to the p-type emitter. A front electrode(512) is electrically connected to the p-type emitter. A back contact electrode(513) is electrically connected to a back field layer(n+). A passivation layer(510) and an antireflection layer(511) are successively laminated on the front and the back surface of the substrate. |
