Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A method for generating a 3D model of a region of interest by using a photographing system and an image composition technique are provided to permit the use of a position setting mechanism by compensating position inaccuracies during image processing. CONSTITUTION: A first image in a visual field including an ROI(Region Of Interest) is recorded by a detector(630). A motion controller moves a support member and the detector(635). The detector records an image in the visual field including a reference marker and the ROI at each position(640). A predicted image of the reference marker is calculated(650). The reference marker or the predicted image of the reference marker are compared with a captured image(655). A 3D model of the ROI is generated by combining corrected images(660).
