Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A body-wearing type swimming assist device is provided to enable a user to enjoy swimming through the operation of an on/off working operation switch as well as to be applied to water sports through the use of a propeller. CONSTITUTION: A body-wearing type swimming assist device includes the following parts: a body frame(10) put on the body of a user; a water-jet propeller(20) fixed to the body frame and generating propulsion by shooting water; a battery(30) connected with the water-jet propeller and supplying power; a controller(40) controlling the operation of the water-jet propeller; and a buoyancy component(50) fixed to the body frame. The buoyancy component has buoyancy above neutral buoyancy. The body frame has a bottom surface touching the back or stomach of the user, and the water-jet propeller and the battery are placed at the upper side of the bottom surface.
