Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a metal corrugated hose for gas and a metal corrugated hose thereof are provided to secure safety when supplying gas by improving air tightness through stress by fluid vibration, pressure flow, and flexural deformation. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a metal corrugated hose for gas comprises: a step of heat treatment and cutting a hose(S-1), a step of fixing the hose(S-2), a step of inserting a joint nut(S-3), a step of installing a stop ring(S-4), a step of compressing an end reinforcement unit(S-5), a step of grinding inner surface of the end reinforcement unit(S-6), a step of installing a metal packing for reinforcing air tightness and rigidity of the corrugated hose by inserting the metal packing into a hole penetrated on the inclined surface of inner surface of the end reinforcement unit(S-7), a step of detecting the leakage of the gas(S-8), and a step of screw-connecting the joint nut to the other connection hole(S-9).
