Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: An electric propulsion ship using solar cells is provided to directly charge DC electric energy provided from solar cell modules without converting into AC and to make an uneven voltage of a photovoltaic facility to a constant voltage so that a storage battery can be charged. CONSTITUTION: An electric propulsion ship using a solar comprises solar cell modules(10), a storage battery(30), a charging control board(20), and a propelling motor(40). The storage battery is electrically connected to the solar cell modules in parallel to store DC electric energy which is provided from the solar cell modules. The charging control board is electrically connected to the solar cell modules and the storage battery in order to control a DC voltage so that the DC electric energy can be directly charged to the storage battery. The charging control board makes the uneven voltage of the solar cell modules to the constant voltage which can charge the storage battery. The propelling motor generates rotation power using the electric energy of the storage battery.
