Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A smart opinion poll system is provided to enable an end user to conveniently and intuitively participate in an opinion poll by using multimedia opinion poll/survey content. CONSTITUTION: A content server(200) stores multimedia contents uploaded by an opinion poll/survey host through a web server(300) and is interlinked with a smart terminal application(100) according to an opinion poll/survey start request in order to perform an opinion poll/survey. When a smart terminal user agrees on being polled, the smart terminal application of a smart terminal conducts the opinion poll/survey.
