APPARATUS FOR AUTOMATED OPTICAL INSPECTION

PURPOSE: An automatic visual inspecting device is provided to effectively inspect fine patterns formed on a PCB and normal patterns which are larger than the fine patterns. CONSTITUTION: An automatic visual inspecting device comprises a magazine line(100), a vision unit(300), and a loading line(200). A magazine where a plurality of target substrate is stacked is transferred by the magazine line. The vision unit inspects the target substrates(S) transferred from the magazine. The loading line loads or unloads the target substrates to the vision unit and includes a plurality of substrate loading units where the target substrates are seated one by one. The vision unit includes two or more visions capable of inspecting visuals of the target substrates. The visions have different resolution.
