Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A free cutting leadless copper alloy and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve machinability by increasing hardness by adding aluminum and to improve dezincification anti-corrosion property. CONSTITUTION: A free cutting leadless copper alloy is comprised of 57-80 wt% of Cu, 0.05-3.0 wt% of Ca, 0.1-2.0 wt% of Al, remaining of Zn, and unavoidable impurities. The copper alloy includes one or more kinds selected from group comprised of 0.1-1.0 wt% of Sn, 0.1-2.0 wt% of Mn, 0.1-2.0 wt% of silicon, and 0.001-0.5 wt% of Se.
