Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A projector and a display device with the same are provided to minimize the length of a projecting window of the projector even though the projecting window is arranged in the center and to improve the thermal stability of the projector. CONSTITUTION: A projector comprises an optical system, a light source heat radiation unit, circuit boards(120,130), an inhalation unit, an exhaust unit, and a path dividing unit(340). The optical system forms images, magnify-projects the images, and includes at least one light source. The light source heat radiation unit radiates heats of the light source. The circuit boards operate the projector. The inhalation unit includes an air inlet. The exhaust unit includes an air outlet. The path dividing unit divides a cooling path formed between the air inlet and air outlet into upper and lower cooling paths.
