Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A cosmetics information providing device using an application is provided to satisfy user desires for cosmetics information, thereby increasing reliability for cosmetics. CONSTITUTION: A database unit(11) of a cosmetics information providing server includes real time ranking information based on cosmetics information and an interest level for cosmetics effect. When a terminal requests the cosmetics information and the real time ranking information, a control module(12) extracts the real time ranking information and the cosmetics information from the database unit and transmits the extracted information to the terminal through a communication module(13).
