Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A ship with ballast tanks is provided to sell water if a ship is put into a port in a country which lacks water by installing a fresh water feeding unit inside the ship. CONSTITUTION: A ship with ballast tanks(10) comprises a distribution station(40), a fresh water feeding unit, a cooling water pipe(51), and a heat exchanger. The distribution station is installed above the ballast tanks to distribute fresh water. The fresh water feeding unit feeds the fresh water to the distribution station. The cooling water pipe is connected to the distribution station to feed cooling water to a main engine(60). The heat exchanger heats the condensate in a boiler of a sub-engine(70) with the cooling water of which the temperature increases in the main engine.
