Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display is provided to prevent the signal delay of common voltage by forming a common voltage line on or below a common electrode. CONSTITUTION: Gate lines and data lines(171) are arranged on a first substrate. Thin film transistors are connected to the gate lines and the data lines. Color filters(230A-230C) are arranged on the thin film transistors. A pixel electrode(191) is overlapped with a common electrode(131). A common voltage line(301) touches the common electrode.
