A CONSTRUCTION BOARD OF ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY AND ITS MANUFACTURE METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an eco-friendly construction board is provided to ensure sound absorption and excellent heat insulation and to release far-infrared ray and anions. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an eco-friendly construction board comprises: a step of mixing 10-20 wt% of expanded vermiculite(10), 70-74 wt% of expanded perite(20), and 3-6 wt% of tensile strength enhancing material(30) and preparing a mixture; a step of mixing the mixture with silicic acid inorganic binder(40) and prepare a second mixture; a step of putting the second mixture into a high temperature press mold; a step of discharging moisture from the mold and drying the secondary mixture; and a step of performing surface polishing and surface painting of the secondary mixture. The tensile strength enhancing material is selected among mice, a coconut palm peel fiber, paper mulberry peel, and oyster shell.
