Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A reconfigurable radiation phase-shifting cell based on a complementary slot and a microstrip resonance is provided to precisely control a phase shift by using an antenna reflector array. CONSTITUTION: A cell(200) includes a first slot(202) and a second slot(203) and is rectangular. The slots are vertically formed in a metal frame. Metal strips(207) are installed in an interface between concentric slots(201,202). Localized rods(206) are arranged in a selected part of the first slot.
