Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: An automatic coupling device for a pad is provided to rapidly connect the pad to a case of electronics with an elasticity gripper without impact, to securely bond the pad with air pressure, and to prevent malfunction due to pad bond. CONSTITUTION: An automatic coupling device(100) for a pad comprises a fixed frame(10), a first elevation operating unit(20), an elastic operating unit(30), an interlocking operating unit(40), a second elevation operating unit(50), an elastic gripper(60), and a pressure operating unit(70). The fixed frame is connected to a transferring device and moves according to movement of the transferring device. The first elevation operating unit is installed in an upper part of the fixed frame. The elastic operating unit is connected to the fixed frame with slide and is elevated by the first elevation operating unit. The interlocking operating unit operates according to elevating operation of the elastic operating unit. The second elevation operating unit is installed in the upper part of the interlocking operating unit and is elevated by being connected to the interlocking operating unit with slide. The elastic gripper is connected to a lower part of the interlocking operating unit. The pressure operating unit is connected to a guider(53) of the second elevation operating unit and tightens or releases the elastic gripper by vertically moving from an external diameter of the elastic gripper according to the elevating operation of the guider.
