Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A system for recommending a blog based on intimacy between neighbors and a method thereof are provided to efficiently select a recommended blog by recommending a blog having high intimacy with a neighbor of a user. CONSTITUTION: A search unit(210) searches for other neighbor blogs in which a neighbor relation with a neighbor blog is set in regard to the neighbor blog in which a neighbor relation with a user is set. A calculating unit(220) calculates intimacy related to the neighbor relation with the neighbor blog in regard to each neighbor blog. A recommendation unit(230) provides other neighbor blogs for the user as recommended neighbor blogs based on the calculated intimacy.
