Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: An account management system of a bank with an emergency payment function and a control method thereof are provided to replace payment lack money with cash payment points, thereby preventing a disadvantage of a personal credit or an arrearage state for a client. CONSTITUTION: A specific client requests money transfer through store terminals(70A-70N) or Internet banking. An integrated management server(71) of a bank provides financial information to a common network server(73) of a financial common network corresponding to a money transfer request. The common network server confirms the existence of a deposit account by inquiring another management server(72). The common network server provides the financial information to the integrated management server. The integrated management server transfers money to the deposit account of the client.
