Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A bulk heterojunction inorganic thin film solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to minimize the moving distance of charges generated in a thin film by implementing a bulk heterojunction between an n-type semiconductor and a p-type semiconductor. CONSTITUTION: A vertical nano structure electrode(107) is arranged on a substrate(106). A dense layer(108) is coated on the arranged vertical nano structure electrode. A p-type semiconductor thin film(110) is arranged between the vertical nano structure electrodes coated with the dense layer. A metal electrode(111) is formed on the p-type semiconductor thin film. An n-type semiconductor buffer layer(109) is formed on the dense layer.
