Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A controlling method for a wind power generator at low voltage is provided to improve response speed by storing electrical energy which is generated upon the momentary power failure of a system in a super capacitor. CONSTITUTION: A controlling method for a wind power generator(100) at low voltage comprises the following steps: a confirming step of the power failure of a system; a super capacitor charging step of charging a super capacitor(160) with electrical energy which is generated in a power converter if the power failure of a system is confirmed; and a controller power source supplying step of supplying the charged power in the super capacitor to a controller as a power source for the controller. The controller power source supplying step is performed by the operation of the power-on switch for controlling the connection of the super capacitor and controller. The super capacitor charging step is performed by the operation of the changeover switch for controlling the connection of the super capacitor and an electric power inverter and the operation of the changeover switch is controlled by the controller which controls the electric power inverter. The confirming step of the power failure of a system comprises a performing step of normally operating a generator by stopping performing the super capacitor charging step if the none power failure of a system is confirmed.
