PNEUMATIC TIRE

PURPOSE: A pneumatic tire is provided to improve the durability and control stability of a tire by adopting an effective structure for transmitting power to a carcass from a bead unit. CONSTITUTION: A pneumatic tire comprises a thread, a sidewall(2), a carcass(1), inner and outer bead wires(5,6). The carcass is arranged to expand to a bead unit. The inner and outer bead wires are arranged inside and outside of the carcass. The inner bead wires have predetermined width(W), distance, and vertical distance(h). The arrangement of the inner bead wire is determined by predetermined width, separation distance, and angle, and the vertical distance from a bead toe. The inner bead wire consists of one wire by twisting the several strands of thin wires of which diameter is 0.2-3.0mm. The outer bead wire consists of several inner bead wires. The outer bead wire consists of a thick bead wire which is made by twisting several inner bead wires.
