JIG APPARATUS FOR ADJUSTING ALIGNMENT BETWEEN BOW THRUSTER MOTOR AND SEAT AND ALIGNMENT ADJUSTING METHOD USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A jig apparatus for adjusting the alignment of a thruster motor and a sheet of a vessel and an alignment adjustment method thereof are provided to improve the quality of a vessel by performing corrections after checking for flatness, thereby simplifying the corrections and having an effect of preventing an accident on the operator. CONSTITUTION: A jig apparatus for adjusting the alignment of a thruster motor and sheet(30) of a vessel includes a fixing frame, a vertical movement unit(200), a horizontal movement unit(300) and a detection unit(600). The vertical movement unit comprises a vertical fixing part(210) and a vertical movement part(220). The vertical fixing part is connected to the upper part of the fixing frame and has the upper part opened. The vertical movement part is inserted into the vertical fixing part to slide vertically along the fixing frame. The horizontal movement unit comprises a horizontal fixing part(310), a first horizontal movement part(320) and a second horizontal movement part(330). The horizontal fixing part is fixated and connected to the upper end of the vertical movement and has the side to be opened. The detection unit is connected at the very end of the second movement part and measures the flatness of the edge of each position of the sheet mounted with a thruster motor.
