CONSTITUTION: A first cable(200) is formed between a jack and a branch. The first cable has an antenna line for replacing a ground line. A second cable(210) is formed between the branch and speaker phones. The second cable has ground lines. A bead part(220) electrically connects the antenna line and the ground lines.
