Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing GDC powder is provided to control particle size of the GDC powder and to obtain the GDC powder which is suitable for forming a coating layer. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing GDC powder comprises: a mixing ceria(CeO_2) and gadolinia(Gd_2O_3) powder with a binder, a dispersing agent, and a solvent and preparing a slurry; a step of drying the slurry and forming powder with an average particle size of 10-50 um; and a step of treating the powder by plasma spraying. A method for forming a GCD coating layer comprises: a step of forming a GCD coating layer by aerosol spraying using the GDC powder; and a step of performing thermal treatment of the GCD coating layer.
