Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An oven device for a display device is provided to prevent the reduction of temperature uniformity due to a temperature drop near an entrance by installing a heating device in the entrance. CONSTITUTION: A chamber(121) is located on a support frame(102). A first heater block(123) is installed in the chamber and heats the chamber. A cassette(124) is composed of a frame and a plurality of slots which support the substrate. A shutter opens or closes an entrance(125) of the chamber. A second heater block(134) is installed in the shutter and heats the chamber.
