CONSTITUTION: A bridge rectifier(110) rectifies a commercial AC source(10). A step-up circuit part(130) supplies DC power to a load(30). The step-up circuit part includes an inductor(L), a fifth diode(D5), a capacitor(C), and a switching element(SW). A control CPU(150) controls the step-up circuit part.
