Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A device for providing a message service, a method, and a system thereof are provided to enable a user to distinguish an important message, thereby classifying the message. CONSTITUTION: A basic message generation unit(221) generates a basic message. A data message writing unit(222) adds a service definition field including a service code to the basic message. The data message writing unit includes a data message identifier in the basic message. A message transmission request unit(223) generates a message transmission request which requests transmission of a data message to a user terminal corresponding to user information.
