Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A plant defense-specific transcription factor gene CaHSTF1 and a transgenic plant are provided to function as a positive regulator and to be used as a material for breeding a resistant plant. CONSTITUTION: A plant defense-specific transcription factor gene, CaHSTF1, has a base sequence of sequence number 1. CaHSTF1 protein has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 2. A promoter of CaHSTF1 gene has a base sequence of sequence number 3. A vector for VIGS(Virus Induced Gene Silencing) is prepared by recombining CaHSTF1 gene into a TRV vector. A transformed plant cell is prepared by transforming with the recombinant vector.
