CONSTITUTION: An accelerated cooling device(1) comprises a transport section(10), a jet unit(20), a blocking unit(30), and an aligning unit(40). The transport section transfers a plate(100). The jet unit jets cooling water on the plate. The blocking unit blocks a jet of cooling water to the edge of the plate.
