Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing heat insulating materials for a ship is provided to improve a flame-retardant effect by adding magnesium hydroxide and to prevent the generation of harmful gas and smoke. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing heat insulating materials for a ship is as follows. A phenol resin is pre-reacted with silane compounds so that a compound having organic and inorganic properties is manufactured. A hardening solvent, a foaming solvent, and flame-resisting additives are mixed at a constant rate. The compound is coated on a porous inorganic composite using a stirrer, heated, and compressed.
