Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A ground structure of high-voltage secondary batteries for a vehicle is provided to ensure a stable ground potential of various vehicle electric parts by connecting an inverter and a battery pack using a ground wire. CONSTITUTION: A ground structure of high-voltage secondary batteries for a vehicle(10) comprises: a battery pack(100) with the secondary batteries which are arranged in series or parallel, and accepted in a battery case; and an inverter for a vehicle(200) converting DC voltage output from the battery pack to AC voltage. The battery pack and the inverter are connected to each other using a ground wire(300) which is formed of an electric wire. A ground structure is connected to minimize the length of the ground wire.
