Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A structure of connecting a transition piece to a monopile in an offshore wind power generator is provided to prevent a transition piece from sliding by forming a grouting joint in a cone shape. CONSTITUTION: A structure of connecting a transition piece(200) to a monopile(300) in an offshore wind power generator(10) comprises a sealing unit, a cone shaped grouting joint, and a shear key. A joint part where a tower is connected is formed on the transition piece, and the support unit for the tower is formed inside the joint part. A skirt part which is more inclined than the joint part is formed at the lower part. The monopile comprises a fixing unit installed on a seabed and an inclined part into which the skirt part is inserted. The sealing unit is formed under the skirt part, and seals the gap between the skirt part and the monopile. The cone shaped grouting joint is formed by filling grout between the skirt part and the inclined part. The shear key is formed on the surface of the inclined part but not protrudes further than the caliber of the monopile.
