MOLD ASSEMBLY FOR PRE-TENSION CONCRETE MEMBER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF PRE-TENSION CONCRETE MEMBER USING SUCH ASSEMBLY

PURPOSE: A mold assembly for a pretension concrete member as one unit with a reaction force holder for pretension of a tendon, and a manufacturing method of the same are provided to manufacture a pretension precast concrete member without a large-scaled manufacturing field by easily arranging a tendon with tension by using a pretension method. CONSTITUTION: A form assembly(1) for a pretension concrete member as one unit with a reaction force holder for pretension of a tendon comprises a form(10), an axial force support member(20), and a reaction force holder(30). The form comprises a bottom plate for forming a bottom surface of a pretension PC(Precast Concrete) member, a lower plate and a side plate for forming an outer surface in a horizontal direction of the pretension PC member, and an end plate for forming both vertical end surfaces of the pretension PC member. The axial force support member is arranged parallel to the lower plate or the side plate of the form to be extended, and supports a reaction force for tension of the tendon. The reaction force holder installs the tendon by applying tension on the tendon, and is supported by the axial force support member to receive the reaction force to tense the tendon.
