Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A mean cutting device is provided to prevent generation of damage to operators. CONSTITUTION: A mean cutting device comprises a feed port(10), a cut out part(20), an exhausting part(30), and a pressing unit(50). The pressing unit includes a guide bar, a push bar, and an elastic bar, and is installed between a feed port and a cut out part. In the cut out part, a rotary blade which is rotated at high speed and a transport roller which guides in the rotary blade are installed. The low-end of the guide bar is located at the junction of the rotary blade and the transport roller.
