Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of half-moon-shaped rice cake is provided to manufacture half-moon-shaped rice cake having sticky feeling of ramie leaves, and excellent taste and preference due to the fruit stuffing. CONSTITUTION: Rice is immersed in water and pulverized. Ramie leaves are parboiled in water of 80-100deg.C for 3-5 minutes and cooled. After moisture is squeezed from the cooled ramie leaves, the ramie leaves are pulverized. Pulverized rice and ramie leaves are mixed at a weight ratio of 10-15:1 and kneaded to make dough. The outer cover of the half-moon-shaped rice cake is made of the dough. After fruit stuffing is put into the outer cover of the rice cake, the rice cake is shaped to the half-moon shape and steamed. The weight ratio of the outer cover of the rice cake and fruit stuffing is 4:1. The fruit stuffing is any one selected from apple, pear, blueberry and Rubus coreanus which are sliced into a predetermined size of pieces.
