Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An organic light emitting device is provided to improve the current stability in driving a device by controlling charges injected to a light emitting layer through the voltage of a control electrode. CONSTITUTION: A control electrode(200) is formed on a substrate(100). A nano complex layer(300) is formed on the control electrode and includes an insulator and light emitting nanoparticles(300a). A light emitting layer(400) is formed on the nano complex layer. An anode(700) is formed on the light emitting layer. A cathode(800) is separated from the anode on the light emitting layer.
