Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display is provided to improve assembling by combining the upper surface of a lower cover with an upper cover. CONSTITUTION: The lower cover(200) includes a first accommodating portion, a second accommodating portion and an upper surface. The first accommodating portion accommodates a system driving unit and a power supply unit. The second accommodating portion is protruded from the edge of the first accommodating portion. The second accommodating portion accommodates a backlight unit. The upper surface is protruded from the second accommodating portion. The upper surface supports the lower edge of an LCD panel. The upper surface is combined with the upper cover.
