Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A cardiovascular transplant structure including a block copolymer in which elastic force and biodegrading period are controlled are provided to enhance flexibility and elastic mechanical physical properties. CONSTITUTION: A cardiovascular transplant structure includes a polyethylene glycol and polyester block copolymer. The polyethylene glycol and polyester block copolymer comprises a hydrophilic part consisting of polyethylene glycol and a hydrophobicity part consisting of polyester containing lactide, glycolide and carprolactone. The molar ratio of lactide, carprolactone and glycolide is in range of 5:5:90 - 47:47:6.
